HBi Parts Direct – Shipping Policy

Order processing time

Most in‑stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Special‑order items, backordered parts, and products shipping directly from a manufacturer may take longer. If there is a significant delay or a part is not available, we’ll contact you by email.

Shipping methods & carriers

We ship using major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier and service are chosen based on the size, weight, value, and destination of your order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Free shipping over $99 (US only)

We offer free ground shipping on qualifying orders over $99 shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48).

Free shipping exclusions:

  • Oversize or heavyweight items (e.g. some exhaust systems, large body parts)
  • Freight shipments that require a pallet and truck delivery
  • Certain special‑order or drop‑ship items
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations

If an item is excluded from free shipping, you’ll see a shipping charge at checkout and/or we’ll note it on the product page.

Flat‑rate / calculated shipping

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping, or that contain excluded items, will show a shipping rate at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Destination
  • Selected service level

Any freight shipments will be clearly quoted before you complete your order.

Shipping locations

We currently ship to:

  • Contiguous United States (lower 48) via ground
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories on a case‑by‑case basis (surcharges may apply)

Delivery times

Typical ground transit times within the continental US are 3–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; weather, carrier delays, and other factors may impact delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use that link to follow the shipment’s progress. If you haven’t received tracking within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us at parts@hbipartsdirect.com.

Damaged or lost shipments

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.

  • If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contents and contact us immediately at parts@hbipartsdirect.com with photos.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then reach out to us. We’ll help start a claim with the carrier if needed.
