Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link from the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight).

  1. Search your inbox for “HBi Parts Direct” and look for a subject like “Your order has shipped”.
  2. Click the tracking link in that email to see the latest status.
  3. If you can’t find your shipping email or your tracking link isn’t working, contact us at parts@hbipartsdirect.com with your order number and we’ll resend your tracking info.

For orders picked up locally, you’ll receive an email when your parts are ready and we’ll coordinate pickup time with you directly.
